QUICK & HEAVENLY CINNAMON ROLLS

I have a winner! Somebody, prove me wrong! These cinnamon rolls are so delicious, so soft, and the best part is that they only take 70-90 minutes from start to finish. And the cream cheese frosting?! Unreal! This recipe makes 32 rolls. Half it or give some away.

TACO SALAD

I got this recipe for taco filling years ago and I love it so much that I’ve never tried another recipe! I love that it has hidden finely chopped veggies in it (Yay! More veggies!) and the veggies add a delicious flavor and dimension to the filling! This is the taco filling that I use for not only taco’s but for taco salads and tostadas.

FROM-SCRATCH PANCAKES

These from-scratch pancakes take exactly 42 seconds longer to make than pancake mix from a bag. And once you are used to eating pancakes made from scratch, you won’t be able to stand eating those dry pancakes that come from a bag mix. No comparison! Jazz up these pancakes however you see fit! *Add banana chunks, white/milk chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, or blueberries. (The banana chunk+ white chocolate, + macadamia nut version as shown in the video below was AMAZING!)

COCONUT MASALA CHICKEN

A follower told me that she made my butter chicken recipe but cooked it on the stove (vs. instant pot) used a rotisserie chicken (easier!), added a can of coconut milk (good call!), and served the sauce on top of potatoes instead of rice (great idea!). So I had to make it her way and I loved it! My kids are weird when it comes to Indian flavors 🙄  but I could eat this every week!
