SWEET AND SAVORY GREEN SALAD

This is a salad I whipped up with ingredients that needed to be used and it created a surprisingly happy accident! It is so full of flavor and crunch, and is filling enough to be eaten alone (thanks to the bacon, croutons, avocado, pine nuts, and goat cheese!). The dressing is light and everything all together is a party in your mouth! You’ll love it!

INSTANT POT POT ROAST

This is the only way I will ever cook a pot roast. The result is the most tender roast and I love that you can cook AND SEAR the roast in the same pot. I love to use a chuck roast because it’s the way I was raised. The chuck roast has a lot of marbling which makes the roast tender and flavorful. A rump roast works too.

INSANELY GOOD SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

It’s impossible to pick just ONE favorite dish that goes around the thanksgiving table, but this sweet potato casserole really might be it! Probably because it’s really a dessert.
