Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup oats
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 2 T milled flax seed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredient in a blender and blend well.
  • Pour batter into lined muffin tins.
  • Bake at 350°F  for 15-18 minutes.
