- 8 large tortillas
- 1 pound traditional sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 12 eggs scrambled
- 2 1/2 cups hashbrowns
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- heavy duty aluminum foil, ripped into rectangles

Scramble the eggs, but undercook them slightly (unless you are eating the burritos immediately).
Assemble the tortillas! Each tortillas has:1/3 cup cooked sausage1/3 up cooked hash browns1.5 eggs, scrambled (about 1/3 cup)1/4 cup grated cheese Roll each tortilla into a burrito and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
Freeze the burritos and then keep them in coolers while camping. Reheat them on the camp stove or near the fire!
