Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
  • green cabbage, chopped equal amounts of the romaine and green lettuce
  • Red cabbage, sliced for chopping
  • carrots, peeled and sliced for topping
  • cooked and shredded chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • an orange, peeled and sliced for topping or use canned mandarin
  • green onions
  • cashews
  • sliced cucumbers
  • crunchy wonton strips
  • Girard's Chinese salad dressing

Instructions

  • Assemble ingredients and top with the chinese dressing.
