1/2pound(usually 1/2 box) thin spaghetti or Angel Hair pasta cooked to Al Dente
1/2cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4cupcapers
15-20basil leaves
1largetomato, diced, or a handful of sweet cherry tomatoes cut in half
1/2cup olive oil
1/4cupfresh lemon juice (or the juice from one lemon)
1tspsalt
1tspgranulated garlic powder

Instructions
Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and garlic powder. Whisk together until smooth.
Pour the desired amount over pasta. Then top with the parmesan, tomatoes, and capers. Stir to combine. This is best served cold, so if you have time, refrigerate it for about an hour. Add basil right before serving.
