Out-of-This-World Grilled Cheese

If your grilled cheese game could use some work...here are my tips!

Go low and slow! Don't rush this or the cheese won't melt!
Cover your sandwiches with a lid, tin foil, or I love using a tin foil disposable baking sheet to help get that cheese nice and melty.
A layer of cream cheese on your sandwich makes it SO good!
Adding pesto (not to mention sliced tomatoes and arugula) takes it to the next level! Try it!
