Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

Big fan of these delightful snacks! They are quick to make, filling, and so satisfying!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (I like Adams natural no-stir)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cup oats old fashioned or quick oat, blend in a blender until it becomes a fine flour
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • (optional) 1/4 cup protein powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well. It will be easier to use a stand mixer, or just mix by hand for a good arm workout.
  • Roll into balls, keep in an airtight container and refrigerate.
