- 1 cup peanut butter (I like Adams natural no-stir)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cup oats old fashioned or quick oat, blend in a blender until it becomes a fine flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- (optional) 1/4 cup protein powder
Prevent your screen from going dark
Combine all ingredients and mix well. It will be easier to use a stand mixer, or just mix by hand for a good arm workout.
Roll into balls, keep in an airtight container and refrigerate.
