- romaine lettuce
- purple carrots
- cucumbers
- diced cherry tomatoes
- red onion
- hard-boiled egg
- some roasted chicken breast (directions below)
- a cheese stick for good measure
- add some yummy dressing (ranch or a good balsamic are my favorite) and BOOM!
Prevent your screen from going dark
To prep the chicken take fresh chicken breast and drizzle with avocado oil.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
Roast uncovered at 450°F for 17 minutes.
Let it rest for ten minutes covered in foil. Makes the best and juiciest chicken for all my meal prep needs!
