Combine dressing ingredients and blend in a blender or a jar with an immersion blender.
Cook your pasta to al dente. Drain and cover warm pasta with the salad dressing. Cover and let cool, if you have time refrigerate overnight so it can marinate in the dressing.
Combine dressing ingredients in a separate bowl or jar. Mix well.
Combine the cold pasta with the rest of the ingredients and toss. Serve immediately.
