In a medium saucepan, melt coconut oil.Add honey, salt, and almond extract. Stir to combine and take off the heat.On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (trust me, don't skip the parchment paper unless you enjoy scrubbing pans for hours!). Spread the mixture out on an even layer.Bake at 350° F for 12-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.Take it out of the oven and stir again. Let it cool and slightly harden.Combine the other ingredients in a big bowl and pour the honey/coconut oil mixture over it, gently tossing coat.
