Or call it any-day-of-the-week-crack because it’s so good and addicting. It would be a great thing to bring to a holiday party! Oh and bonus, it’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and corn-syrup free!

Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Multigrain Cheerios
  • 1 cup Honey Nut Chex
  • 1 cup almonds sliced, slivered, or chopped
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, melt coconut oil.
Add honey, salt, and almond extract. Stir to combine and take off the heat.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (trust me, don't skip the parchment paper unless you enjoy scrubbing pans for hours!). Spread the mixture out on an even layer.
Bake at 350° F for 12-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Take it out of the oven and stir again. Let it cool and slightly harden.Combine the other ingredients in a big bowl and pour the honey/coconut oil mixture over it, gently tossing coat.
