Mix together the almonds, oats, coconut sugar, salt, seeds, and coconut flakes.
In a separate bowl combine the coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract.
Toss the honey mixture with the dry ingredients. Spread them evenly on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350° F for 12-15 min, checking often.
When done, let it cool. Store it in a container for up to two weeks.
