Coconut Almond Granola
Once you smell it, you'll be hooked! Made with good-for-you nuts and seeds and delicious coconut. This stuff is great on yogurt, with milk, or just plain!

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almond chopped or slivered, pulsed in the blender
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix together the almonds, oats, coconut sugar, salt, seeds, and coconut flakes.
- In a separate bowl combine the coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Toss the honey mixture with the dry ingredients. Spread them evenly on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350° F for 12-15 min, checking often.
- When done, let it cool. Store it in a container for up to two weeks.
the ingredients list coconut sugar, the recipe directions say coconut flakes? which one?although I assume flakes as title is coconut almond granola /just double checking?
