- 4 T butter
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced green cabbage
- 6 oz diced ham
- 2 eggs and salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup corn
- 6 cups cooked rice
- sliced green onions for garnish
Prevent your screen from going dark
Add butter, cabbage, and onion to a skillet over heat. Cook until onion is translucent.
Add diced ham and then make room in the middle of the pan for the cracked eggs (see video). When the eggs are 50% cooked, scramble them.
Add cooked rice and mix.
Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, peas, corn, and green onions. Cook until all mixed together and frozen vegetables are cooked.
