Few meals can make a two-year-old demand from her high chair “MORE WICE!!!” 😂 This fried rice is a family favorite and my kids make sure to finish every last bite! It is so good! I often serve this as the meal, and sometimes we will eat it with teriyaki chicken and roasted broccoli. It’s such a yummy dish!

Few meals can make a two-year-old demand from her high chair “MORE WICE!!!” 😂

This fried rice is a family favorite and my kids make sure to finish every last bite! It is so good! I often serve this as the meal, and sometimes we will eat it with teriyaki chicken and roasted broccoli. It’s such a yummy dish!

I cooked the rice in the Instant Pot for 3 minutes, natural pressure release. One part rice, one part water. I know this may seem super unauthentic but I feel this works best with parboiled rice rather than sticky rice. So I recommend using uncle Ben’s parboiled rice. Use whatever you like though. Enjoy!!

Note: feel free to half the recipe, I make a large batch for my family of seven.
