Instant Pot Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 5 cups water
  • 2 cups steel oats
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine in the instant pot and cook on manual high pressure for 4 minutes. Don’t forget to twist the steam valve to “sealing” before it starts cooking. 
  • After it finishes the cooking cycle, let it depressurize naturally for at least 10 minutes.
  • Twist the steam valve.
  • Top with coconut sugar (or maple syrup, honey, etc) frozen raspberries, pecans, and a splash of heavy cream.
