Easy and hands-off! Usually, this takes 45 minutes on the stove, plus some babysitting, but using the Instant Pot makes it super easy!

Ingredients
- 5 cups water
- 2 cups steel oats
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine in the instant pot and cook on manual high pressure for 4 minutes. Don’t forget to twist the steam valve to “sealing” before it starts cooking.
- After it finishes the cooking cycle, let it depressurize naturally for at least 10 minutes.
- Twist the steam valve.
- Top with coconut sugar (or maple syrup, honey, etc) frozen raspberries, pecans, and a splash of heavy cream.
