Chili Lime Shrimp
- 1 pound raw, small deveined shrimp with no tail
- 1 T olive oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- juice of one lime
Avocado Dressing
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 T olive oil or avocado oil
- juice of one lime

Chili Lime Shrimp
In a bowl, toss shrimp with salt, paprika, and chili powder.
In a frying pan over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic.
Stir around for one minute, then add shrimp, stirring constantly until pink and no longer soft, about 5 minutes.
Squeeze with the juice of one lime. Set aside.
Avocado Dressing
Combine the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the tacos with tortillas, lettuce, and avocado dressing. If shrimp isn’t your thing then, by all means, sub with chicken or beef!
