This is a favorite for my husband and I. Delicious and easy! The whole meal comes together in less than 20 minutes. I made the avocado dressing in the food processor, and the shrimp took only 5 minutes on the stove.

- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt

Avocado Dressing
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 T olive oil or avocado oil
- juice of one lime
Instructions
Chili Lime Shrimp
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with salt, paprika, and chili powder.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic.
- Stir around for one minute, then add shrimp, stirring constantly until pink and no longer soft, about 5 minutes.
- Squeeze with the juice of one lime. Set aside.
Avocado Dressing
- Combine the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the tacos with tortillas, lettuce, and avocado dressing. If shrimp isn’t your thing then, by all means, sub with chicken or beef!
