Bacon and Swiss Quiche

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked then crumbled
  • 4 oz grated Swiss cheese (about 2 cups)
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup diced onion, sauteed in 2T of the bacon grease
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  • Spray a pie dish with cooking spray.
  • Layer the bottom with the cheese, then onion, then bacon.
  • In a blender, blend the milk, eggs, flour, and salt. Then pour into the dish.
  • Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before digging in.
