Who else is a total sucker for quiche? 🙋🏼
This Bacon and Swiss Quiche is so satisfying! It sets up perfectly every time. Plus, it makes a killer breakfast for Christmas morning because you can assemble it ahead and just stick it in the oven in the morning. This quiche is a little different to make because there isn’t a crust, but I promise you won’t miss it! It’s so, so good!

My kids asked what was for dinner tonight and I told them it was quiche and they all screamed “YES!” This is good one and a regular rotation of meals at our house.
Very easy, delicious and a crowd pleaser. I made this quiche a day ahead of my luncheon and it reheated in the oven (300deg x20min) beautifully. Kids loved it, too.
