Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Form/scoop into two tablespoon size balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes.
While they are in the oven, unwrap some Andes mints. Right when they come out of the oven, put a mint on each cookie. Wait about 10 minutes for the mints to melt, then spread them out with a spatula. Enjoy!
