Andes Mint Cookies

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Andes Mints

Method
 

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Form/scoop into two tablespoon size balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  2. Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes.
  3. While they are in the oven, unwrap some Andes mints. Right when they come out of the oven, put a mint on each cookie. Wait about 10 minutes for the mints to melt, then spread them out with a spatula. Enjoy!
