Salad
4-5big handfuls of spinach
1headiceberg lettuce, washed, dried, and chopped
1/8 red onion, sliced or diced
1/2 to 1cupbacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4cupSwiss or mozzarella cheese, grated or cubed
1cupcottage cheese

Instructions
Dressing
Once the poppy seeds are added to the dressing, don’t blend but gently stir them in with a spoon. Add dressing to a jar and refrigerate until you are ready to eat.
Salad
Combine spinach, iceberg, and cottage cheese. Toss together with the desired amount of salad dressing, then add salad toppings such as cheese, bacon, and onion. Serve immediately.
