Take some chicken breasts, (not frozen) and pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
Brush on some avocado oil (or olive oil, or butter) and sprinkle with seasonings on both sides. (I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika).
Then the chicken goes into a glass baking dish, and a 450° F oven for 18-20 minutes (or slightly longer for extraordinarily thick breasts), being careful not to overbake, or until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
Then pull out of the oven and immediately cover with foil. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before it is cut into, so the juices in the chicken will stay intact.
Notes
You can use any seasoning you would like! Taco seasoning, or Italian seasoning, etc.
