Here’s my favorite way to bake chicken! This is the most versatile chicken, it’s great on its own, or it’s perfect for salads, pasta, etc.

Note: I highly recommend investing in a food thermometer if you don’t already have one. It’s nice to know for sure if your meat is done without having to cut it open to look at the inside -leaking all those flavorful juices out. Thermometers can run as low as $10-$15 on amazon.
Instructions
- Take some chicken breasts, (not frozen) and pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
- Brush on some avocado oil (or olive oil, or butter) and sprinkle with seasonings on both sides. (I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika).
- Then the chicken goes into a glass baking dish, and a 450° F oven for 18-20 minutes (or slightly longer for extraordinarily thick breasts), being careful not to overbake, or until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
- Then pull out of the oven and immediately cover with foil. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before it is cut into, so the juices in the chicken will stay intact.
Notes
You can use any seasoning you would like! Taco seasoning, or Italian seasoning, etc.
