Preheat your oven to 375° F.
Cream together butter and brown sugar.
Add the egg, heavy cream, and vanilla. Beat together for a couple of minutes with a handheld mixer or in a stand mixer.
Add the dry ingredients and mix together just until you can no longer see streaks of flour. Don’t overmix.
Roll into balls, either 2 or 3 Tablespoon size. Bigger balls will take slightly longer to bake than smaller dough balls.
Arrange dough balls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until the edges start to turn a golden color.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
