Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 block 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 8 oz. Grated Monterey Jack or pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1, 15 oz. Can corn with Roasted Red Peppers drained
  • 1, 15 oz. Can Rotel Tomatoes and Diced Green Chiles not drained
  • Chopped jalapeños- measure with your heart
  • 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili lime seasoning

Method
 

  1. Combine everything in a saucepan over the stove. Mix constantly while the flame is set to medium. It’s all melted when there are no longer chunks of cream cheese. Serve hot with chips. Enjoy!
