Course: Fruit Wash
Prep Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  • Get a big bowl of water and fill with water.
  • Submerge your fruit and add 1/2 cup of vinegar. Any vinegar works, but I just use white vinegar because it is the least expensive.
  • Set a timer for 20 minutes. When the 20 minutes is up, drain in a strainer and give the fruit a good rinse.
  • For grapes or thicker-skinned fruits, put into an airtight bowl or bag and in the fridge. For berries, lay them out to dry in a clean dish towel. When they are completely dry, put them in an airtight bowl or bag and into the fridge. And that's it!
