Blend all dressing ingredients in a high powdered blender or immersion blender.
Pour some of the dressing on your salad when you are ready to eat.
Notes
*Leftovers can be stored in a glass jar in the fridge for up to a week. Leftover dressing may solidify when cold- just let it come to room temp for a little while first.
