Homemade Cinnamon Granola

Homemade Cinnamon Granola is made with whatever mix-ins you want and baked to toasty perfection.

Ingredients

  • 3 parts old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 part add-ins nuts, seeds, coconut flakes etc.
  • 1/3 part melted coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • + a hearty sprinkle of cinnamon!

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a bowl and pour onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350℉. Store in an airtight container and use it within two weeks.

Notes

To make about 5-6 cups of granola, use 1 cup as your starting measurement. Ex: 3 cups rolled oats, 1 cup mix-ins, etc. Scale up if you want more!
