Brownie Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 9 T cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows, reserved for filling
Topping Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Prevent your screen from going dark
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add cocoa and sugar. Mix well, let cool.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with 2 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows.
Put back into the oven for 2 minutes. Then let cool completely.
Topping
In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter and quickly remove from heat so chocolate chips don’t burn.
Add cereal and gently stir.
Top evenly over cooled marshmallow brownie.
Let chocolate set up before digging in.
