Marshmallow Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Brownies
Everything you ever dreamed of, combined in one gooey, mouth-watering brownie.

Ingredients
Brownie Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 9 T cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows, reserved for filling
Topping Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add cocoa and sugar. Mix well, let cool.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with 2 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows.
- Put back into the oven for 2 minutes. Then let cool completely.
Topping
- In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter and quickly remove from heat so chocolate chips don’t burn.
- Add cereal and gently stir.
- Top evenly over cooled marshmallow brownie.
- Let chocolate set up before digging in.
