Ingredients
- crackers I recommend Rosemary crackers from Costco
- ricotta cheese or cream cheese
- red pepper, sweet and hot jelly with jalapenos Costco brand is my favorite!
Instructions
- Put a generous dollop of ricotta cheese on a plate.
- Spread some of the jelly on top of the ricotta.
- Put some crackers to the side to dip right in.
