Salad Ingredients
- lettuce of choice
- buttered and toasted bread, cut into bite-sized pieces (or croutons)
- celery, diced
- red onion, diced
- Asian pear or apple, chopped
- pine nuts
- goat cheese
- bacon, cooked and crumbled
- avocado, diced
- blueberries
Dressing
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 2 T champagne vinegar
- 1 T sugar
- sprinkle of garlic powder
- sprinkle of salt
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
Prevent your screen from going dark
Prepare the lettuce in a bowl, and leave the toppings to the side while you make the dressing.
To make the dressing, combine all ingredients and blend with an immersion blender (or in a traditional blender)
When you are ready to eat, pour the dressing over the lettuce, toss it, and then add the toppings and give it another light toss.
