Veggie Loaded Hummus Dip

Ingredients
half of a Costco sized container of hummus
handful of grape tomatoes
chopped
1/2
or 1 full English cucumber
chopped
1/8 to 1/4
red onion
chopped
fresh dill
chopped
fresh basil
chopped
1-2
Tablespoons
Olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
balsamic glaze- drizzle to your hearts content
chips or crackers for dipping

Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Mix hummus and spread hummus out in a plate.
Chop vegetables and add them to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top hummus with vegetable topping.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Dip and enjoy!
Notes
Pro tip- don’t drizzle the balsamic glaze until immediately before serving- the longer it sits, it starts to turn the hummus brown.
