Veggie Loaded Hummus Dip

Ingredients

  • half of a Costco sized container of hummus
  • handful of grape tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 or 1 full English cucumber chopped
  • 1/8 to 1/4 red onion chopped
  • fresh dill chopped
  • fresh basil chopped
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • balsamic glaze- drizzle to your hearts content
  • chips or crackers for dipping

Instructions

  • Mix hummus and spread hummus out in a plate.
  • Chop vegetables and add them to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Top hummus with vegetable topping.
  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Dip and enjoy!

Notes

Pro tip- don’t drizzle the balsamic glaze until immediately before serving- the longer it sits, it starts to turn the hummus brown.
