Combine: 1 yellow cake mix (reserve one cup for topping), 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
Mix, then press into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan.
Combine: 1, 29 oz. can pumpkin puree, 3 beaten eggs,1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp dried ginger, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cloves, 1 cup sugar, 1, 12 oz. can evaporated milk
Mix well and pour over the crust.
Then combine:Remaining 1 cup of cake mix, 3 Tbsp softened butter, 1/2 cup sugar Mix evenly and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 1 hour at 350° F. This is delicious with real whipped cream or ice cream.
