Combine ingredients in a large saucepan and heat over the stove until everything is nice and melted. Mix well.
Assemble a cupcake/muffin pan with cupcake liners, and pour 1-2 Tablespoons of the mixture into lined muffin tins.
If it tickles your fancy, sprinkle the top with coarse sea salt. Freeze for 15 minutes, take out of the freezer, and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
