Get a rack of meaty pork back ribs.
Criss cross some aluminum foil and set the ribs down in the middle.
Remove the membrane from the boney side.
Spread mustard onto both sides of ribs. Rub it in.
Spread all of the seasoning mixture to both sides of the ribs. Rub it in.
Wrap it in foil tightly. Then wrap it again. Place it on a baking sheet and bake at 275 degrees for 2.5-3 hours.
Unwrap the ribs, brush on the sauce onto both sides and put them back into the oven for 10 minutes.
Add a little more bbq sauce to the top and enjoy!
