Dip chips into it!
Or eat it with a spoon!
Eat it hot!
Or eat it cold!Â
Either way, it’s sooooo good! Like, we can’t stop eating it, it’s so addicting!
Regular jam?…. No thanks.
Freezer jam? I’ll do anything for it!
It’s the only jam that’s worth eating in my opinion! 🤣 Each spring when berries go on sale I love to make a big batch of freezer jam so we have some throughout the year. It is sooooooo dang good.
This is a fantastic use of sourdough discard. Incredibly delicious and easy!
Perfection is the enemy of completion! I almost didn’t post this salad recipe because this photo (it’s fine) isn’t my favorite. It was taken in a hurry on my porch right before sunset with my iPhone and the type of parmesan cheese I had to use doesn’t look as pretty’s as the type I usually use. Annnd I didn’t have sesame seeds to garnish it with. Those are pretty dumb reasons not to share this (amazingly delicious) salad recipe with you. But the perfectionist in me defaults towards inaction when perfection isn’t an option. . . Can anyone else relate? Should we all go to therapy now?
Thank you to my sweet friend @annie.hutchings for sharing her Vegan Cheese Sauce recipe. Neither of us are vegan but we enjoy this sauce all the same! I’m not going to lie to you and tell you that it tastes just like cheese but it’s a yummy sauce that’s good on most things that cheese would be good on. Bonus- it’s full of vegetables and is totally healthy!Â
He’s not one for the spotlight, but I begged Jake to share this recipe because I always get so many DM’s asking for it. Jake usually makes this on Sunday afternoons. It’s easy and it’s good!
Asparagus is one of those hit-or-miss things. Everybody loves good asparagus, but it always seems to take some trial and error to cook them just right. This is my simple recipe so your asparagus turn out perfect each time!
The food this time of year can be a tad on the rich side. This simple fruit salad with honey-mint-lime dressing is a perfect side dish to make for any holiday party, or even just for a regular Tuesday! It’s light and refreshing and can pass for a healthy side or as an alternative to dessert. The dressing upgrades the basic bowl of fruit and makes it even more fantastic and tasty!Â
So maybe we have nachos every single Sunday after church. And we love it! Here’s my fool-proof nacho recipe so you can become nacho-lovers like us.Â
