Perfection is the enemy of completion! I almost didn’t post this salad recipe because this photo (it’s fine) isn’t my favorite. It was taken in a hurry on my porch right before sunset with my iPhone and the type of parmesan cheese I had to use doesn’t look as pretty’s as the type I usually use. Annnd I didn’t have sesame seeds to garnish it with. Those are pretty dumb reasons not to share this (amazingly delicious) salad recipe with you.
