In the Instant Pot!
I am obsessed with this soup. It’s honestly the easiest soup of all time and it’s truly so delicious. The only thing I would say is that for littles who can’t handle a tiny bit of heat, maybe hold back on the salsa verde by using less. I’m a total wimp with heat and it’s not too spicy for me!
Bone broth is one of those super trendy health foods lately and a lot of people are asking ‘WHY’?
Who doesn’t love a good “set it and forget it meal?” None of us have time to spend an hour cooking every day. Or any day. This crockpot or instant-pot friendly meal saves my bacon regularly. Plus, it’s delicious. Double plus, it makes plenty so we always get leftovers out of this one.
Guys, this is cheap and way healthier than the yogurt from the store. You can do this! Although the process takes a while, the total actual time that you will spend on this won’t be more than 5 minutes. Enjoy!!!
This Chili just hits the spot. It’s a family-friendly soup that my whole clan downs in under five minutes. The green chiles give it that yummy flavor without making it too spicy for little kids. It’s a perfect delivery method for those blue corn chips and unlimited avocado slices. Oh, and did I mention it’s Instant Pot and crock-pot friendly? You will love it!
Is there a soup out there that can beat this combination of fast, easy, healthy, and delicious? Um… no, there’s not. And if you don’t have an instant-pot, I highly recommend one! You throw the ingredients in, push a button, and walk away. No babysitting the pot. If you don’t have an instant pot, this can still be easily made on the stovetop.
This Chipotle Port Seasoning is out-of-this-world delicious. We can’t wait to make it again! We made taco’s out of the pork and it was amazing. I mixed up the seasoning in a little baggie, and sprinkled about a Tablespoon on top of the pork before I cooked it, then about another teaspoon on after it cooked and shredded. And there’s still leftover seasoning to save for when we make it again.
I saw this fantastic demonstration on my friend Renae’s page at @thefeatherednester (she has awesome recipe demo’s on her Instagram stories!) so I have made it several times and we all love it! Such a great, easy meal! I paired it with brown rice and steamed broccoli and it was a delicious dinner! The chicken comes out SO tender and yummy!
Few meals can make a two-year-old demand from her high chair “MORE WICE!!!” 😂
This fried rice is a family favorite and my kids make sure to finish every last bite! It is so good! I often serve this as the meal, and sometimes we will eat it with teriyaki chicken and roasted broccoli. It’s such a yummy dish!
