I *try* and have these on whenever the sun is down and I’ll be looking at a screen. Blue light can potentially disrupt one’s circadian rhythm and can suppress the production of melatonin. We *have* to bring it with us on any trip where we are in the sun a lot because it deeply moisturizes sun damaged skin. I think it’s miraculous!

These are really cute on, they are good quality and thick. But not so thick they’ll make you hot. Just thick enough that you won’t get a hole in them. My teenage girls kept stealing them so I had to finally buy them each a set. They love them!
