You guyzzz. This shrimp is all kinds of amazing. Make it! It’s the perfect appetizer (with a crusty baguette to soak up all the yummy sauce!) or put this shrimp on top of some pasta, put it on a salad, or eat it plain. It is the Best. Shrimp. Evah.

This shrimp is all kinds of amazing. It’s the perfect appetizer, or good on top of some pasta, put it on a salad, or eat it plain.

Course: Main Course
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • one pound raw, peeled and de-veined shrimp, frozen (it will be a grey color, not pink)
  • 2 T Italian seasoning mix (from the last post) 2/3 of an Italian seasoning packet
  • 4 T butter melted
  • one lemon, sliced

Instructions

  • Combine the shrimp, butter, seasoning, and lemon on a 9x13 Pan.
  • Bake at 350° F for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp is no longer grey, and is now pink!

Notes

*Note: There will be a lot of seasoned butter in the pan with the shrimp, and here’s my plug for a second time to dip some yummy crusty bread into the drippings, or to use the shrimp AND the sauce to go directly onto some cooked pasta. It’s so delish!
