DIRECTIONS:
In a large saucepan, heat oil and add garlic. Cook over a medium flame 1 minute, until fragrant. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir. Put the lid on the pan and cook on medium heat, 10 minutes. Remove lid & simmer over a medium stirring often. Add cheeses, basil, and pasta

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2-4 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups chopped fresh garden tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella diced (or mozzarella pearls)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 large fistful of fresh basil chopped to about 1/2 cup
- 1/2 pound thin spaghetti cooked to al dente

Hi Amber, I cannot see a list of ingredients/amounts for this recipe, only instructions. I know I’ve made it before (and loved it!) so I assume it’s a glitch on your website? I wanted you to be aware and I hope to be able to make this soon!
