When I’m really on top of it, I take ten minutes and chop some veggies and put them in the fridge with a ranch cup inside each baggie. I always *want* to eat more veggies, because we all feel best when we eat lots of nutritious veggies- but I don’t always have a few extra minutes to prep a healthy snack. You know how it is. A little food prep saves the day!

The little cups filled with ranch are sold at most grocery stores near the paper products. These ones are from Walmart.

Veggie Bags
I love fresh veggies, but have found that they are a lot easier to eat when they are prepped in the fridge!

- Wash and cut up your favorite veggies.
- Divide them into little baggies. Add a little cup of ranch if you want!
- Keep them in the fridge for when you need some veggies on the go!
