This apple salad is such a yummy treat! My kids and I fight over it. So dang good! All the different kinds of apples tossed together in a sweetened cream. Mmmm. It’s addicting.

This apple salad is such a yummy treat! My kids and I fight over it. So dang good! All the different kinds of apples tossed together in a sweetened cream. Mmmm. It’s addicting.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 red delicious apple diced
  • 1 golden delicious apple, diced
  • 1 ripe pear diced
  • 1 more sweet apple such as honeycrisp, gala, or fuji diced
  • 1 to 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream (depending on how runny you like it)
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 T lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Combine cream, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. Pour over diced apples and serve immediately.

Notes

Note: I can’t help but think that marshmallows, coconut flakes, and chopped pecans would be a super yummy addition to this salad if you’re into that sort of thing. 😉
