Where are my arugula lovers at? 🙋🏻🙋🏽‍♂️🙋🏾🙋

Arugula is a polarizing lettuce. Most people either hate it or can’t get enough. If you are a fan, try it with

*fresh Parmesan

* cucumber

*tomato

*red onion

*and lots of avocado 🥑.

It’s like all these toppings exist just to be in this salad together! So yum!

Note: this salad also goes really well with my Apple Cider Vinaigrette!
