Another day, another pancake recipe! These cakes are a good improvement on a trendy low carb, gluten-free, dairy-free recipe that creates pancake batter made of nothing but two eggs and a banana blended together. I added a few things to make it more appealing.



Banana Egg Pancakes

Simple ingredients, throw them in a blender, and wallah! Perfect, yummy, banana pancakes!

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 T coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter


  •  Blend all ingredients in a  blender.
  • Cook in a pan on the stove or a griddle. And wallah!
