It’s been a while since I sent out an email. I hope you are doing well!
Ok how are we all feeling about the explosion all over social media about Backstreet Boys? Haha love it? Hate it?
Last weekend some of my old high school friends and I went to the Las Vegas Sphere to see BSB and It. Was. Mindblowing. I went from fan level “Backstreet Boys is fine I guess” to fan level: “listening to the music non-stop, and watching the concert on YouTube again and again”.
I think the combo of the nostalgic music, plus being in the Las Vegas Sphere is what made it extra special. I’ve never seen anything like it. There are lots of YouTube videos of the concert if the millennial in you needs to check it out.
While in Vegas, we also ate at Din Tai Fung which was easily the culinary highlight of 2025 for me. My friends told me I would love it but it exceeded my expectations. I could eat those green beans for the rest of my life!

Heavenly Fresh Peach Cream Pie
It’s PEACH season. A fresh, juicy peach is nothing but a gift from heaven. They are the most heavenly fruit!! We are eating them by the box.
What is even more heavenly is my FRESH PEACH PIE. It is absolute heaven.

I actually really hate shopping. Especially in store. I’m just a joggers and baggy T-shirt kind of gal. But I actually found a few gems in store lately that were on a good sale for some classic items for when I need something a little nicer to wear.
